The course aims to bring together healthcare professionals, veterinarians, microbiologists, environmental scientists, public health experts, students, and early-career professionals from different countries, particularly from LMIC settings.

The scientific program addresses:

  • Emerging zoonotic threats and pandemic preparedness
  • Antimicrobial resistance from a One Health perspective
  • Climate change and climate-sensitive infectious diseases
  • Climate-resilient infection prevention and control
  • Integrated surveillance systems
  • Practical operationalization of One Health approaches

We are pleased that the course is already attracting international participation. Confirmed and invited speakers currently include experts from Canada, Romania, Turkey, Libya, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, while we are still actively communicating with additional international contributors.
