Maryland (USA) Department of Agriculture Launches One Health Bulletin Maryland One Health Bulletin Maryland One Health Bulletin, One Health, as defined by the American Veterinary Medical Association, is the collaborative effort of multiple disciplines - working locally, nationally, and globally - to attain optimal health for people, animals and our environment. This Bulletin is intended to provide up to date, near real-time reports of zoonotic and other animal diseases of concern in Maryland whether in domestic livestock, poultry, companion or exotic animals, native wildlife, or humans, for the purpose of promoting rapid detection, evaluation and control of these diseases state and world-wide.
