RE: One Health Initiative Team PLEA via (21) Kahn-Kaplan-Monath (@OneHealthNews) / X (back-to-back Tweets) May 12, 2025:

  1. Hasty retreat is essential to partially salvage President Trump's “Make America Healthy Again!!” goals. Mr. President, we urge seeking scientific re-direction from remaining traditional public health and biomedical research experts at CDC, FDA, NIH, USPHS, USDA and academe.
  2. HHS policy “Making America Sick again!" Massive layoffs with misinformed, misguided anti-science, unconventional restructuring is antithesis to One Health concept-approach, i.e. “help[ing] protect and/or sav[ing] untold millions of lives in our generation and for those to come.”
