LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The 2025 One Health Symposium is underway at the Gluck Auditorium in Lexington, bringing together experts from across the country to explore the connection between human, animal, and environmental health.
Keynote speakers include researchers from Princeton University, the University of North Carolina, Kansas State University, and the University of Kentucky. Presentations are covering a range of topics including coronaviruses, tick-borne illnesses, and avian flu.
The symposium runs through the afternoon, both in person and online, and encourages collaboration among scientists and health professionals to build a healthier, more resilient future.
