Under the leadership of Director Beth P. Bell, MD, MPH, Beth P. Bell the Center works with partners throughout the United States and around the world to prevent illness, disability, and death caused by a wide range of infectious diseases – from the rare but deadly, such as anthrax and Ebola hemorrhagic fever, to the more common, such as foodborne and vectorborne diseases.
